Inn Policies

	Rates quoted are for single/double occupancy including a full breakfast and have a tax that is applicable.
	Rates are subject to change without notice.
	Each additional guest is $20 per night.
	All our guesthouses are extremely well equipped. They all have TV, VCR/DVD, private phone lines, full kitchens and queen or king size beds.
	Check-in time is 3PM or thereafter.
	Check-out time is 11AM.
	Breakfast is delivered between 8-8.30 AM each morning.
	Well behaved children are always welcome.
	Smoking is limited to outside only.
	No pets allowed. However, boarding can be arranged nearby.
	A credit card or one nights room with tax will be required to hold all reservations
	Cancellation Policy - Should you need to cancel and notify us at least ten days in advance of your date of arrival, we will be happy to refund your account less a $25 handling fee. No refund if cancellation is made within the ten day cancellation policy, and a charge for at least one nights room with tax will be imposed. No-shows shall be charged for the entire amount originally reserved.
	Beginning April 1, 2008 all reservations taken will be charged for one nights room and tax to your credit/debit card.
